乳腺癌病人的社会支持中护理支持的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of social support nursing in breast cancer

目的:调查护士对乳腺癌病人的社会支持状况并进行分析。方法:采用问卷调查法,对乳腺癌根治术后50例病人进行调查。结果:病人对护士工作满意率97.96％。能建立良好的护患关系。护士给予病人信息支持97.96％。医疗帮助支持100％,情绪支持93.88％。对病人人生价值评价支持最少,仅为42.86％。结论:护士应提高自身综合素质;加强对家属教育,帮助家属建立信心;帮助病人提供心理比较,树立信心;帮助病人寻找个人价值实现途径,以加强护士对病人的社会支持作用。

Objective: To investigate and analyse the condition of social supports nursing in breast cancer. Methods: 50 cases with breast cancer with radical mastectomy were investigated by questionnaire. Results: The patients satisfactory rate of nursing was 97.96% , and good relationship between nurses and patients was set up. Rates of information support, medical treatment support and emotion support given by nurses were 97.96%, 100% and 93. 88%, respectively. While the rate of life value support to patients was only 42.86% . Conclusions: It is necessary for the nurses to improve their combined abilities, enhance the education to family members, and to help the patients build up their confidence and realize their life value so as to strengthen the social support nursing.
