新生儿高胆红素血症与听力损害关系初探

Brife study of the relationship between audition damage and Hyperbilirubinmia in the newborn.

目的 探讨新生儿高胆红素血症与听力损害关系。方法 采用 Celesta 503耳声发射仪(美国产)对43例高胆红素血症的新生儿和40例为同期住院非高胆红素血症的新生儿进行听力检测。结果 观察组中有8例听力异常,(x^2=6.24,P<0.05)。结论 高胆红素血症对新生儿的听力有一定损害。

Objective Brife study of the relationship between audition damage and hyperbilirubinmia in the newborn. Methods with CELESTA 503 auditory detector (made in USA), to compare the auditon of the 43 newborns of hyperbilirubinmia with the 40 newborns of non-hyperbilirubinmia. Result 8 of 43 newborns of hyperbilirubinmia got audition damage, non of 40 the newborn of non-hyperbilirubinmia got audition damage. (x^2= 6.24, P<0.05). Conclusion hyperbilirubinmia in the newborn has audition damage effection in a certain.
