低浓度丝裂霉素C在高频电泪道成型术中疗效分析

摘要 目的 探讨低丝裂霉素C(mitomycin C,MMC)在高频电泪道成型术中的疗效。方法 将61例对眼慢性泪囊炎患者随机分成2组,MMC组31例36眼于高频电泪道成型术后应用0.3mg/ml MMC 10分钟后,术毕应用典必舒眼膏充填泪道;对照组30例35眼常规高频电泪道成型术,应用典必舒眼膏充填泪道与MMC组相同,术后随访13~20月,观察泪道通畅情况等指标。结果 MMC组手术成功率为88.8%,显著高于对照组65.7%(P<0.05)结论 低浓度0.3mg/ml MMC可安全有效减少高频电泪道成型术后泪道疤痕的形成,提高远期手术成功率。 Objective To evaluate the effects of mitomycin C (MMC) in high frequency electrolacryocystoplasty. Methods Sixty - One patients (71 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis were randomly divided into MMC group and control group. In MMCgroup, 31 cases (36 eyes)firstly applied 0.3mg/ml MMC 10 minutes and then filled up TobraDex ointment. In control group, 30 cases (35 eyes) didn't apply MMC. All patients were followed up for 13~20 months. Results The success rate of operation was 88.8% in MMC group and 65.7% in control group (P<0.05)。Conclusion MMC (0.3mg/ml) can effectively inhibit the scar formation, thus providing a higher successful in high frequency electrolacryocystoplasty.
