摘要
排斥反应是角膜移植手术失败最重要的原因。激素及细胞毒性化学制剂对角膜移植排斥反应的治疗并不尽如人意。本文采用异种穿透性角膜移植模型,对新型免疫抑制剂——环孢霉素 A(CsA)在不同用药途径下,抑制角膜排斥反应作用的效果进行了30天实验观察及光镜、电镜检查。结果为:CsA 确能抑制免疫排斥反应,延长植片透明时间,不影响创口愈合,除1例外,植片透明均超过30天。CsA 与激素联合应用可减少各自药量并保持植片透明。
Rejection is the most important cause of corneal grafting failure.Steroid hormone and cytotoxic chemical agents are not always satisfactory for corneal rejection.In this paper penetrating corneal xenograft model was made and the effect of cyclosporin A(CsA) a new immanosuppressive rejection inhibiting agent was observed in cases of different adiministration routes within a period of 30 days.The corneal grafting were examined with the light microscope and electron microscope.The experimental results were as follows: CsA was indeed found to inhibit immune rejection to prolong the clear time of xenografts and had no effect to the healing of wound.The clear time of all xenografts was over 30 days except one case.Combined application of steroid hormone and CsA can keep graft clear and reduced the dosage of both medicines as well.
