摘要
报告盐酸利多卡因(LID)、加热(42℃)、LID 联合加热对 HL-60、K_(562)、u_(937)白血病细胞株和正常骨髓细胞集落形成(GM-CFU)的作用.结果表明:LID 86.7μmol/L 联合42℃45 min.在体外对 HL-60、K_(562)、U_(937)细胞株细胞的杀灭作用分别为0.9927、0.824、0.802;而 GM-CFU 为0.42,即仍可保留0.58的正常造血祖细胞(P<0.01).
The effect of lidocaine,hyperthermia(42℃)and combined effect of the two in vitro to the growth of granulocyte-macrophage progenitor cells(GM-CFU)and acute non-lymphocyte leukemic cell lines such as HL-60,K_(562)and U_(937)were abserved.The results showed that all the cells were partial- ly killed by lidocaine(86.7μmol/L)and hyperthermia 42℃ 45 min.HL-60,K_(562)and U_(937)-CFU on- ly have0.0073,0.1764 and 0.198,survived respectively while GM-CFU was0.58(P<0.01).These data indicate that the combined treatment with lidocaine and hyperthermia might offer an specific meanning to eliminate the growth of non-lymphocyte leukemic cells in autologous bone marrow transplantation.
