家兔心肌雌、雄激素受体分析

ESTROGEN AND ANDROGEN RECEPTORS ANALYSIS IN CYTOPLASMIC AND NUCLEAR PREPARATIONS FROM RABBIT HEART

用羟磷灰石放射分析法分析了家兔心肌胞浆、胞核雌、雄激素受体的特性表明家兔心房肌胞浆、胞核3H-E2特异结合部位具有可饱和性、低容量和高亲和力、甾体特异性和稳定结合等特性,因而证实家兔心房存在雌激素受体。心室因无上述受体基本特性而证实无雌激素受体存在;家兔心房肌和心室肌胞浆、胞核3H-T 特异结合部位也具备上述受体基本特性,证实有雄激素受体存在.

The observation that cardioatrium,but not ventricle,possesses estrogen receptors by using the radioligand binding assay was reported.The estrogen receptors in rabbit atrium showed its characteristic as follows:(1)can be saturated,had limited capacity and with high affinity;(2)had high steroid specificity;(3)readily binding.Androgen receptors of rabbit cardioatrium and ventricle also showed the above mentioned characteristics.
