刺激强度对大鼠听觉脑干诱发电位慢成分的影响 被引量:3

THE EFFECTS OF STIMULUS INTENSITY ON THE SLOW COMPONENT OF AUDITORY BRAINSTEM RESPONSE IN RATS

摘要 对28只大鼠给以未经滤波的短声剌激,经叠加后记录到时程约1~8 ms的缓慢的阳性波即听觉脑干诱发电位(Auditory Brainstem Responses ABR)的慢成分.且在刺激后的5~6 ms 处可见一阳性波波峰,其波峰潜伏期与 ABR 快成分的 V 波峰潜伏期相近.在不同声刺激强度下,该波出现率随刺激强度减弱而减低.当刺激强度减弱时,波峰潜伏期也随之延长;幅值减少.上述结果提示:刺激强度对 ABR 慢成分的波峰潜伏期及振幅有明显影响.其规律与 ABR 快成分基本一致. The effects of stimulus intensity on the slow components of the crick-evoked auditory brainstem re- sponses(ABR)had been assessed in 28 rats.The results indicate that there was a positive slow wave after stimulus.The slow component and wave V of the fast component showed almost the same latency change;a prolongation of the latency with decreasing stimulus intensity.As stimulus intensity was decreased,the existing rate and the amplitude of the slow component also decreased.
