TREATING HEMANGIOMA CUTIS BY USING CO_2 AND YAG LASER

用二氧化碳与 YAG 激光治疗皮肤血管瘤86例,其中84例经一次,2例经两次治疗后痊愈,其中2例局部遗留肥厚性疤痕.

Eihty six cases of hemangioma cutis were treated with CO_2 and YAG laser from January 1988 to Mrch 1991,of which 84 cases were cured by treated once and two were cured by twice,there were tow cases left with hyperplastic scars in the foci.The results showed that treating angionosis cutis by using laser braught good results with little side-effect,whith was much better than the traditional ways of excision,cryotherapy,local injection of sclerosing agents,oral administration of corticosteroid hormones and ctc..
