免缝胶带粘合小儿颌面部皮肤裂伤的效果观察

Clinic observation of effects of Steristrip skin closure in treating face wounds of children

目的 探讨用免缝胶带粘合小儿颌面部皮肤裂伤的效果。方法 对2002年2-9月的181例小儿颌面部皮肤裂伤患儿按就诊时间顺序分为免缝胶带组和缝合组,免缝胶带组采用免缝胶带粘合裂开的伤口,共103例;缝合组采用常规的缝合术缝合裂开的伤口,共78例,观察两组患儿的伤口愈合情况。结果 免缝胶带组伤口甲级愈合102例,丙级愈合1例;缝合组伤口甲级愈合76例,乙、丙级愈合各1例。两组伤口愈合无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 用免缝胶带能够粘合裂开的伤口,操作简便,其疗效确切,同时能够降低治疗时患儿的不适和减少对创面的附加损伤。

Objective To study the effects of Steristrip (adhesive strips) skin closure in treating children's face wounds. Methods 181 children patients were divided into two groups according to the time sequence of their consulting doctors in the hospital from February to September 2002. Among them, 103 in one group were treated with Steristrip skin closure on the cracked wounds and the rest 78 in the other group with routine treatment by suturing the wounds.The heal of patients' wounds were observed. Results In the former group, the wounds were healed to degree Ⅰ in 102 children and to degree Ⅲ in 1, while in the latter, the wounds were healed to degree Ⅰ in 76 and to degree Ⅱ and Ⅲ in 1 each. Statistically, there was no significant difference between the groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Steristrip skin closure can not only be performed easily and produce a good curative effect, but relieve children's pains during treatment and minimize the damage.
