新型钳夹式无针外固定架固定骨折6例的护理初探

摘要 目的 探讨自制新型钳夹式无针外固定架 (PEF)固定骨折手术的护理问题 ,提高专科护理质量。方法  2 0 0 3年 2~ 7月 ,采用自行研制的新型钳夹式无针外固定架 ,先后对 6例肢体骨折的病例进行了手术治疗 ,并采取相应的护理措施。结果  5例确定性治疗患者骨折愈合良好 ,平均愈合时间 2 .5个月 ,1例临时固定患者于 2周后转为内固定 ,愈后良好。结论 新型PEF作为一种新的外固定方法用于四肢骨折患者的治疗 ,实用、方便 ,更适用于开放性损伤、急诊或战创伤 。 Objective To discuss nursing care of fractured patients using new style pinless external fixation (PEF) developed by the said department in view of improving the quality of specialized nursing. Methods Since February 2003, 6 cases of fracture have been treated surgically with PEF and nursing measures taken accordingly.Results Five fractures healed well,and the mean union time was 2.5 months.For the remaining case,PEF was used as a temporary fixing facility,where internal fixation were applied 2 weeks later and the fracture healed well too.Conclusion As a new external fixation modality for limb fractures,the new style PEF have the properties of convenience and practicality,which is essential for open fracture,emergency treatment and wound treatment. At the same time appropriate nursing care should be enhanced.
