轻中度脑损伤患者预后影响因素分析及护理对策

Factors Affecting Prognosis of Patients with Mild to Moderate Brain Injury and Nursing Strategy

目的 探讨影响轻中度脑损伤患者预后因素及护理对策。方法 对 1999年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 12月我科收治的轻中度脑损伤患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果 发现年龄、文化程度、从事职业与预后有关。结论 对中年以上、文化程度高及从事职员、干部的患者应进行心理疏导和健康教育 ,淡化亲属及患者对疾病的注意、忽略症状 。

Objective To investigate factors affecting prognosis of patients sustaining mild to moderate brain injury and discuss nursing strategies.Methods 127 patients suffering from mild to moderate brain injury who were admitted to our department from January 1999 to December 2001 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Age,educational background and service were found to be related to prognosis.Conclusion In patients older than 50 years with higher educational background who work in office or as leaders,psychological instruction and health education should be directed at distracting them and their family members from the disease and symptoms so as to improve prognosis.
