萧山区县区级医院院内感染情况分析

Surveillance on nosocomial infection in county level hospitals

[目的 ] 了解 2 0 0 2年萧山区县区级医院院内感染的现状 ,寻找降低院内感染的途径。 [方法 ] 应用临床流行病学方法监测县区级医院院内感染的现状。 [结果 ] 2 0 0 2年院内感染的发生率为 3 .3 8%,无季节差异。感染的高发科室为ICU、脑外科和精神科 ,好发部位为呼吸道、消化道、泌尿道和手术部位。 [结论 ] 萧山区县区级医院院内感染发生率较国内平均水平低 ,良好的消毒。

Objective] To kown the current status of nosocomial infection in county level hospitals and try to find out a way to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection. [Methods] Clinical epidemiological method was used in the analysis of nosocomial infections in county hospitals. [Results] The incidence rate of nococomial infection was 3.38% and no difference was found among different seasons. High incidence departments were ICU, neurosurgery and psychiatry wards. Frequent sites of infections were respiratory, digestive and urologic tracts operative sites. [Conclusion] The incidence rate of nosocomial infection in county hospitals were lower than that of the average value of general hospital of our country. Rational administration of antibiotics, good rules for disinfection and isolation would be helpful in reducing nosocomial infections.
