摘要
本工作采用向光潜伏期方法,在波长从347nm到742nm范围内观察了在阈下光控制下野生型Phycomyces向光性的暗适应效应,测量了16个波长的功率密度-响应曲线,从而得到了阈下光控制暗适应的全波段作用谱。
We measured fluence rate-response curves at 16 wavelengths between 347nm and 742nm by the phototropic latency method. A detailed action spectrum for subliminal light control of clark adaptation in Phycomyces Phototropism in wild type has been derived from the fluence rate-respeonse curves. The spectrum shows that the wavelength dependenoe of the subliminal light effect is quite different from that of phototropism in Phycomyces sporangiophores.
