15例门诊患者静脉滴注钾盐溶液的观察及护理

The Observation and Nursing of Intravenous Drip of Patassic Lution for 15 Out-Patient Cases

目的确保门诊患者静脉滴注钾盐的安全。方法严格遵守用钾的治疗原则,尤其要严格掌握滴注的浓度、速度,严密监测患者心率、血压、尿量、自觉症状等病情变化。结果15例患者在门诊静脉滴注钾盐溶液中,未发生高钾血症或因未及时补足钾盐而低血钾等。结论门诊患者静脉滴注钾盐溶液时,只要严密、严格遵守用钾盐的原则,加强整体护理,完全可以防止并发症发生。

Objective To investigate the safety of intravenaus drip patassium solution for out patients. Method The principle of therapeutic usage of potassium was strictly observed, especially for the patassium concentration and velocity of drip. The heart rates, blood pressure, urine volume, clinical symptoms of patients were monitored during treatment. Result No case of hyperpotassemia or hypotassemia was found among the 15 out patient cases. Conclusion Intravenous drip of potassium solution for out patient was safe and without any complication, provided the therapentic application of potassium was strictly observed and with closely nursing.
