早期呼吸功能锻炼对心脏手术患者康复的效果

Effect of Early-Stage Breathing Function Exercise on the Recovery of Patients Undergone Cardiac Surgery

目的为预防和减轻心脏手术后肺部并发症的发生和缩短住院时间。方法66例患者随机分两组,其中康复组33例,对照组33例,前者采用康复护理,后者采用常规护理。结果康复组的肺部并发症少,住院时间短,明显优于对照组。结论心脏手术后病人早期进行呼吸功能锻炼,可减少肺部并发症,缩短住院时间,对促进病人康复,提高生存质量起到重要作用。

Objective To prevent and reduce the occurrence of the pulmonary complications after the cardiac surgery and shorten the hospitalization time. Methods 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 33 patients were having the rehabilitated nursing, and the rest were ha ving clinic basic nursing. Result Compared with the situations of the patients in the control group, there were less occurred pulmonary complications and shorter hospitalization time for the patients having the rehabilitated nursing. Conclusion Early stage breathing exercises for the cardiac surgery patients can reduce the occurrence of pulmonary complications, shorten the hospitalization time, quicken the restoration and improve the life quality of the patients.
