深层搅拌桩加筋施工专利设备及其应用

Deep-mixing Pile's Reinforcing Steel Bar Construction Patent Device and Application

针对目前国内普通单轴深层搅拌桩加筋施工中利用芯材自重下沉困难、芯材插入深度有限及垂直度难以保证的现状 ,笔者发明了深层搅拌桩加筋施工设备。采用该设备后 ,芯材插入深度大 ,加筋效率高 ,施工质量好 ,而且深层搅拌桩的施工和加筋可以利用一套设备完成。本文对该设备的构造和工作原理进行了说明 ,在分析工程实例及相关试验的基础上对其工程应用进行了探讨。

To solve problems on reinforcing steel bar construction in deep-mixing piles,the author invented a set of device.With this patent,the construction of reinforcing steel bar in deep-mixing piles can be accomplished for sufficient depth,high efficiency and perfect quality.In this thesis,the equipment's structure and working principle are illuminated,and its applications are illustrated.
