摘要
介绍了气举反循环法在海洋中大口径钻孔灌注桩施工的工艺流程、泥浆配比等 ,针对常规的气室下沉深度 ,尝试性地做了一些对比性试验 ,并提出一种确定气室位置的新方法 ,同时认为在超深超大的桩基础施工中 ,泥浆对钻具的浮力影响是不能忽略的 ,提出了一种行之有效简易确定钻压的方法。
This article presented the factors—technological process,arrange of slurry,and so on, which was used in large diameter drilled grouting pile in the east-sea bridge by the way of air-lift reverse technique. According to routine subside-depth of gas-room, it tried to make a lot of correlative experiment and proved a new way which could determine the position of the gas-room.Also it thought there might not ignore that slurry have some buoyant force with the drill-tool in the construction of large diameter and super depth bored grouting pile,and presented a useful way which could calculate simply the drill-pressure.
