管段浮运是沉管隧道施工的重要环节 ,本文以上海外环沉管隧道重量超过 4 10 0 0t的管段浮运为工程背景 ,首先介绍管段拖曳阻力的模型试验 ,然后说明拖轮配备、浮运工艺流程及浮筒助浮措施 ,最后简述黄浦江航道交通管制方法。
The floating transport of elements is the key step in the construction of immersed tube tunnel. In this paper, the towing of element,weighing over 41000t, of Shanghai Outer-ring immersed tube tunnel are taken as an engineering background. First, the laboratory test of model for determining towing force is briefed. Second, the technique and program of element towing,tug-boat arrangement and assistant-floating of element through pontoons are introduced. Finally, the method of waterway control in the Huangpu river during element towing is presented.
