髋关节影像放大率的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨X线照片中髋关节的影像放大率 .方法 ①根据理论计算 ,找出髋关节影像放大率随肢 -片距变化的规律 .②分别用标本模拟髋关节的体位和用标尺按水平位置放在病人大粗隆位 ,分别进行正位 (前倾位 )和内旋位摄影 ,分析和验证股骨颈前倾角对影像放大率的影响和放大率变化规律的符合情况 .结果 ①髋关节影像放大率的变化规律为M =1.15± 0 .0 13d .②正位和内旋位的摄影效果无差异 (p >0 .0 5 ) .结论 ①股骨颈前倾角对影像放大率的影响很小 ,摄影效果无差异 .②髋关节影像放大率可以通过公式M =1.15± 0 .0
