摘要
目的 研究QT间期离散度 (QTd)变化对川崎病并冠状动脉损伤的临床价值 .方法 对川崎病 2 6例冠状动脉损伤组 (CAD组 )与 31例无合并冠状动脉损伤组 (NCAD组 )患儿的QTd进行测量分析 .结果 CAD组QTd、QTcd较NCAD组显著增大 (p<0 .0 1) ;QTd≥ 4 0ms与QTcd≥ 5 0 ,预测冠状动脉损伤的敏感性分别为 90 .5 %与 91.3% ;特异性分别为 80 .6 %与 85 .3% ;阳性预测值分别为 73.1%与 80 .1% .
Objective To study the prognostic value of QT dispersion in coronary artery damage of Kawasaki disease. Methods QT dispersion were measured and compared in 57 patients with Kawasaki disease accompanied with or without coronary artery damage. Results QTd and QTcd in coronary artery damage of Kawasaki disease were higher than those without coronary artery damage. The difference was significant(p<0.01). If QTd≥40ms and QTcd≥50,it forecasted coronary artery damage,with a sensitivity( 90.5% and 91.3%),specificity(80.6% and 85.3%) and with positive predictive value of 73.1% and 80.1%. Conclusions QT dispersion is a new ,noninvasive,stable prognostic guideline in surface ECG in patients with coronary artery damage of Kawasaki disease.
