宫颈癌危险因素的病例对照研究 被引量：7

摘要 为探讨中国人群宫颈癌发生的主要危险因素 ,利用多元 Logistic回归分析开展了病例 -对照研究 ,病例组 (宫颈癌患者 ) 44人 ,对照组 (非癌人群 )与病例组按 4∶ 1匹配 ,共 176人。结果显示 ,与正常对照组比较 ,病例组的人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)感染率、初婚年龄、第一次性生活的年龄、初产年龄、孕次、产次、体质指数、妇女的教育程度、配偶的教育程度都存在着显著的组间差异 (P<0 .0 5 )
