摘要
提高沥青高温性能是改性沥青的重要贡献之一,目前用于评价改性沥青的高温指标主要有三大类:环球法软化点、SHRP规范中的车辙因子G*/sinδ和欧洲正流行的零剪切粘度(ZSV)。这三种指标均存在一定的缺陷,不能完整表征改性沥青的高温性能。通过比较分析,指出了高温性能应与路用性能相一致、对不同类型的改性沥青分辨能力强、可靠性好、测试方便,并初步提出了高温性能的评价思路。
It is one of the predominant contribution of modified bifumer to improve the high-temperature performance. At present, the three main types of index used for evaluating the high-tempereature performance are: ring and ball softening point, rut factor G~*/sinδ in the SHRP speciffications and Zero Shear Visosity (ZSV) which is prevalent in Europe. Some defects havever, exist in these indices, so that the high-temperature performance of the modified bitumen with polymer cannot be indicated completely. Through comparative analysis, this article inidicates that the high-temperature performance should be of the field performane, with high identification for different PMB, good reliability and convenient testing, and it gives some considerations to evaluate the high-temperature.
