To explore nursing risk management in hospital,this article reviews the knowledge about nursing risk management,analyzes the necessity, process and content of nursing risk management.Also,the author put forward that the implementation of nursing risk management plays an important role not only in improving the ability of risk prevention,decreasing nursing mistakes and conflicts between nurses and patients,but also in improving quality of nursing.
