This article introduced the concrete application of Delphi method in the investigational study of nursing in detail.In the researches which analyze the duties of nursing and requirement forecast for human resource applying Delphi method, the results indicated that this approach generated valuable expert consensus data and reliable conclusions, which means that Delphi method has great practical value for formulating standardized documents.
