Application of inspiring ways to promote the cooperation of children in the intramuscular injection

目的 探讨激励法在住院患儿肌内注射中所产生的作用。方法 选取对照组和试验组 ,试验组应用激励法 ,将两组患儿在肌内注射中的配合程度进行比较。结果 试验组患儿在肌内注射中的配合程度明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 应用激励法可促进住院患儿肌内注射中的配合 。

Objective To determine the effect of inspiring ways on the cooperation of children in the intramuscular injection.Methods The children were divided into control group and experimental group which inspiring ways were applied. Then the degree of cooperation in the intramuscular injection was compared between the two groups.Result The degree of cooperation of the children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0.01).Conclusion The application of inspiring ways could promote the cooperation of children in intramuscular injection, which was helpful to the physiological and psychological health of the children and could facilitate the delivery of nursing.
