摘要
目的 为了提高护理质量与服务意识 ,杜绝护理差错、事故 ,减少纠纷 ,确保护理质量与安全 ,保证医院正常秩序。方法 通过学习法律知识 ,加强与病人沟通技巧的学习 ,提高护理人员服务意识 ;强化护理管理 ,完善、落实各项检查 ;针对易发纠纷原因制定可行措施 ;正确认识和处理护理纠纷。结果 通过对护理人员进行人性化管理等对策 ,使护理缺陷、差错、事故造成的纠纷明显下降 ,科内医疗护理纠纷发生率减少了 80 %。结论 分析护理纠纷的原因 ,制定相应措施 ,可提高护理质量 。
Objective To improve the quality of nursing and consciousness of servings,eliminate the occurrence of nursing errors,reduce nursing disputes,ensure the quality and safety of nursing,so as to guarantee the normal running of the hospital.Method We carried out a series of countermeasures, which including: learning the knowledge of law,strengthening the training of communication skills with patients,improving the nurses’ consciousness of servings,enhancing the management of nursing,perfecting and fulfilling the examinations,establishing feasible measures aimed at the reasons of disputes,correctly facing up and dealing with the nursing disputes and carrying out humanistic management.Result The rate of nursing disputes due to the nursing accidents,errors,and defects was significantly reduced by 80% in the department.Conclusion The analysis of nursing disputes and the establishment of countermeasures could improve the quality of nursing and reduce the rate of nursing disputes.
