环氧合酶-2和基质金属蛋白酶-2的表达与胃癌浸润转移的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between the Expression of Cyclooxygenase-2,Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 and Invasion or Metastasis of Gastric Carcinoma

摘要 目的 :探讨环氧合酶 2 (COX 2 )和基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )在胃癌组织中的表达以及与胃癌浸润转移的相关性。方法 :应用SP免疫组织化学方法检测 4 6例胃癌组织及 1 5例正常胃组织中COX 2、MMP 2的表达情况。结果 :COX 2、MMP 2在正常胃组织中为阴性 ,在胃癌组织中的阳性率分别为 6 0 .87% ,71 .7% ,COX 2表达与胃癌淋巴结转移、临床分期相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,MMP 2表达与胃癌淋巴结转移、临床分期、浸润深度相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,COX 2与MMP 2表达密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :COX 2和MMP 2在胃癌组织中的表达有相关性 ,胃癌组织中COX 2和MMP 2的高表达与胃癌的浸润和转移相关 ,提示COX 2和MMP Objective: To study the expression of cyclooxygenase 2(COX 2) and matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP 2)in gastric carcinoma and their relationship with tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Methods: The expression of COX 2 and MMP 2 in 46 cases of gastric carcinoma and 15 cases of normal gastric tissue was detected by SP immunohistochemical technique. Results: The expression of COX 2 and MMP 2 was negative in normal gastric tissue.The positive rate of COX 2 and MMP 2 was 60.87% and 71.7% respectively in gastric carcinoma.COX 2 and MMP 2 expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage( P< 0.05).The expression of MMP 2 was significantly correlated with that of COX 2( P< 0.05).Conclusion: The overexpression of COX 2 and MMP 2 has correlation with gastric carcinoma.It may play a crucial role in gastric cancer invasion and metastasis and indicates that COX 2 and MMP 2 may be markers in evaluating prognosis of gastric carcinoma and provide targets of chemical therapy.
