摘要
目的 :探讨四环素对兔骨关节炎模型中关节液和血液中iNOS和NO不同时期的抑制作用。方法 :2 4只日本大白兔用Hulth法造出骨关节炎模型。随机分成对照组、实验组 ;实验组用四环素灌胃 ,对照组用生理盐水。分别于 4周 ,8周抽取血液、关节液 ,检测iNOS和NO含量。结果 :实验组iNOS和NO含量明显低于对照组 (分别为P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :四环素对兔OA模型关节液、血液中的iNOS。
Objective: To study the effect of tetracycline on the level of iNOS and NO among synovial fluid and serium in osteoarthritis(OA) rabbits. Methods: Twenty four rabbits were devided into two groups:control group and experimental group. Osteoarthritis models were made according to Hulth’s method. The experimental group was filled the stomach with tetracycline and the control group was treated with water, before the serium and synovial was were collected four weeks and eight weeks later. The level of iNOS and NO was examined. Results:The expression of iNOS and NO of experimental group was much lower than that of control group. Conclusion: Tetracycline is effective inhibitor to iNOS and NO.
