摘要
目的 :评价关节镜对膝关节骨关节炎的诊断价值和治疗效果。方法 :2 0 0 0年 5月至 2 0 0 2年 5月采用关节镜诊治膝关节骨关节炎 5 2例 (6 7膝 ) ,观察关节疼痛和功能改善情况。结果 :本组患者经关节镜检均证实有骨关节炎存在。关节清理术后随访 1～ 3年 ,患者关节疼痛明显缓解 ,关节功能恢复良好 ,疗效满意。结论 :关节镜应用于膝关节骨关节炎可以提高早期诊断的准确率 ,有效缓解病人的疼痛 ,早期恢复关节功能 。
Objective: To assess the value of knee arthroscopy in patients with osteoarthritis of knees.Methods: 52 patients (67 knees) with osteoarthritis of knees were treated with arthroscopy from May 2000 to May 2002 .The average range of pain and function of knee was detected to evaluate the results.Results: All patients were confirmed the diagnosis of osteoarthritic in arthroscopy. The follow up survey period were from 1 to 3 years. After operation the pain of knees was decreased and the activity of knees was improved.Conclusion: In the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis of knees, arthroscopy can increase the accuracy of diagnosis, efficiently relief patient’s pain,and restore the articular function.And it helps to postpone further progress of osteoarthritis.
