摘要
密封问题是石油化工等过程工业中广泛存在的问题,密封的失效会引起重大事故,密封的泄漏会造成巨大的经济损失,现行的密封技术及密封设计方法有越来越多的不合理之处。介绍了PVRC采用新的密封参数的密封设计方法和一种新的密封技术———磁性流体密封技术,提出了对现有密封的改进方法。
Sealing problems widely exist in such process industries as petro-chemical industry. Seal failure may cause serious accidents and seal leakage may cause great economic loss. More and more irrationalities are being found with the currently-prevailing sealing technology and designing method. In this paper, an introduction is made of a method of seal design with new sealing parameters and a new sealing technology with magnetic fluid. Suggested improvements on the currently-used sealing technology are proposed.
