By introducing the specific practices of QC group activity in the Hydropower Plant of He'nan Oil Exploration Bureau, elaboration is made on the importance of strengthening the process management of QC group activity, adopting incentive mechanism in a rational way, and doing well in QC training.Then, an explorative discussion is made on how to promote QC group activity at the grassroots level at the present stage.
