本文首先分析目前国内医院信息化现状,然后针对弊端结合对DICOMSR和IHE原理解析,通过对业务流程和软硬件系统按照国际标准进行规范,提出了符合DICOM和IHE的结构化诊断报告的模型实现,并阐述该模型实现的在全院PACS的设计与实施的具体应用。

This paper analyzes the actual state of domestic hospital information technology development at first. Then it parses the principle of DICOM SR and IHE considering the shortcoming of the current condition, and comes up with the structuring diagnose report model complying the international standard and technique criterions through normalizing the workflow, software and hardware system with the international standard. At last, it expands a project implementation of the model in full PACS design and actualization.
