摘要
本文针对全身热疗的两种治疗方案进行了回顾与分析,认为机体可以长时间耐受41.8℃的全身热疗而无明显的毒性反应,肿瘤细胞热杀伤效果肯定,是被广泛接受的治疗温度。而近年来有学者尝试低热(40℃～41.5℃)长时间全身热疗,治疗时间可达4小时～5小时,不需要麻醉,更像是发热;或可省却气管插管全身麻醉和减少治疗费用,而疗效不减。
The two treatment projects of whole body hyperthermia(WBH) were reviewed and analyzed. The treatment temperature of 41.8 ℃ was widely received since at the temperature the effect of heat killing and wounding of the tumor cell is distinct, the body can endure the heat for a long time and without obvious toxicity. Recently the other project of WBH, i.e. low temperature and long duration, was studied. The time was prolonged to 4 h～5 h without anaesthesia. Or omit general anaesthesia trachea intubatton and reduce the cost of treatment, and that curative effct don't reduce.
