摘要
本文从比较的角度对教育信息化与教育信息公开两个问题进行了研究。研究发现,二者虽然在信息的范围、关注的焦点、产生的背景和追求的目标等方面都有差异,但仍然存在相辅相承的关系,即教育信息公开是教育信息化的一个基本前提,而教育信息化则是教育信息公开的重要途径。文章最后指出,我国目前存在的主要问题是教育信息未得到充分公开。
Comparing educational informationization with the freedom of educational information, the author found some differences between the two things, such as the scope of information, the focus of attention, the background and the goal. But there are relationships between them, the former is the main approach of the latter, and the latter is the basic premise of the former. At last, the author pointed out that the main problem is the lack of freedom of educational information.
