Closed reduction and retrograde interlocking intramedullary nailing to treat complex fracture of distal femur

目的 探讨股骨远端复杂骨折的临床治疗方法。 方法 对28例股骨远端复杂骨折采用逆行交锁髓内钉闭合穿钉内固定并观察疗效。 结果 全部骨折均骨性愈合 ,无感染、无断钉 ,按Kolment评定标准 ,优良率92.3%。 结论 对股骨远端复杂骨折的处理中 ,应用逆行交锁髓内钉闭合穿钉固定是一种操作简便 ,损伤小 ,疗效好的治疗方法 ,符合现代微创技术要求。

Objective To explore clinic treatment method for complex fracture of distal femur. Methods 28cases of complex fracture of distal femur were treated with closed reduction and retrograde interlocking intramedullary nailing,and the effects were evaluated. Results All patients were bone healing and no infection and no nail broken took place.The excellent rate of knee joint function was92.3%according to Kolment`s scores. Conclusion The method of using closed reduction and retrograde interlocking intramedullary nailing is a easily operative,less traumatic and good effect to treat complex fracture of distal femur,which adapts to the demand of modern microtrauma technique.
