摘要
本文报道了玉米硬粒型、马齿型、中间型、甜质型、糯质型、爆裂型、粉质型和有稃型的G-带带型分析结果。这些类型的G-带都包括有两类带纹,即形态,大小和位置与C-带基本一致的带纹和沿长轴分布、多重、较细和大小相对均匀的带纹。前一类带纹的数目和分布位置类型间互有差别,后一类带纹类型间的相似点较多。不同类型相应染色体的G-带带数相似程度各不一致,亲缘远的马齿型和硬粒型之间相应染色体的带数差异较大。文中讨论了八个类型在分类上的彼此关系以及G-带带型多态性的应用前景等问题。
In this paper the results of analysis of G-banding patterns in 8 types of maize, Zea mays indurata, indentata, semindentata, saccharata, ceratina, everta amylacea and tunicata are reported. G bands of these types all include two kinds of bands. One of them is the same as C-bands in morphology, size and distribution position and the other is distributed all along the chromosme length, multiple, thin and relatively similar in size. There are more differences in number and distribution position of the first kind of bands and more similarities in those of the second kind of bands among types. Differnt types are not the same and some of them are more different than the others in G band number between their corresponding chromosome pairs. There are more differences in G band unmber between the chromosomes of Zea mays indurata and indentata which are more distant relatives The relationship between 8 types in classification and the prospects for the appliance of polymorphism analysis of G banding patterns to plant breeding havebeen discussed.
