摘要
本文对玉米族(Maydeae)中玉米、类玉米和薏苡三个属进行了G-显带有丝分裂核型的分析。结果表明,玉米、类玉米和薏苡的核型比较类似。玉米和类玉米相似点更多,它们与薏苡的差异则相对地较大。玉米和类玉米的G-带带型也很相似,它们的不同点主要是类玉米的B型带(染色纽)位于染色体末端,而玉米的B型带则位于染色体的近端。薏苡的带纹分布比玉米和类玉米稀疏,带纹宽度大且较均匀,无明显的B型带,整个带型与玉米和类玉米差别较大。把G-带带型与核型结合起采看,玉米和类玉米关系较近,它们与薏苡的关系较远。文中讨论了三个属的进化等问题。
In this paper G-banded karyotpes of Zea, Euchlaena and Coix have been studied comparatively. Zea, Euchlaena and Coix are similar and there are more similarities between Zea and Euchlaena than between them and Coix in karyotypes. Zea and Euchlaena are also more similar in G-banding patterns, the differences in which are mainly that the B type bands (knobs)of Zea are located in the subterminal regions, but those of Euchlaena in the terminal ones of chromosomes. The band number is less and band size is more large and uniform in Coix than in Zea and Euchlaena. Coix is much more different from Zea and Euchlaena in G banding patterns. In respects of both karyotypes and G banding patterns Zea and Euchlaena have a nearer relation with each other and a more distant relation with Coix. The evolution of these three genera has been discussed.
