SARS病人康复期的生活质量调查

A survey of living quality of SARS patients at their rehabilitation stage

[目的 ]了解SARS病人康复期的生活质量 ,分析其影响因素 ,为提高SARS病人生活质量提供依据。 [方法 ]对 5 1例处于康复期的SARS病人进行问卷调查。 [结果 ]康复期的SARS病人生活质量较患病前降低 ,生活质量影响因素主要有应用激素类药物导致的副反应 ;SARS病毒侵害免疫系统 ;心理和生理应激反应。 [结论 ]应根据病人的具体情况 ,适量补充钙剂和增强免疫力的食品或药物 ,进行适当的体育锻炼 ,积极调节心理功能 ,以改善病人生活质量。

Objective: to know the living quality of SARS patients in rehabilitation stage, to analyze the influencing factors of it, to provide a basis for SARS patients to enhance their living quality. Method: a total of 51 SARS patients in rehabilitation stage were investigated via filling out questionnaires. Results: the living quality of SARS patients in rehabilitation stage was lower than that before they got SARS. The main influencing factors on living quality of SARS patients are including side effects caused by using steroids, damage of immune system invaded by SARS virus, psychological stress reaction and physiological stress reaction. Conclusion:based on patients' conditions, to aid calcium properly and to take some foods or medicines that can enhance immunity, to do proper physical exercise and to adjust psychological function actively, so as to improve patients' living quality.
