学习动机是推动学生学习的内部动力 ,研究学习动机对研究教育活动 ,指导教育教学实践有极其重要的意义。本文阐述了学习动机的概念、作用、类型、影响因素等几方面的内容 ,并对如何培养和激发学生的学习动机提出了几点建议。

The motivation of learning is an intrinsic impetus to students' studies.A study of academic motivation gives a great significance to researches on educational activities and teaching practice guidance.This paper puts forth views as to the idea,fumction,types ,influencing factors of academic motivation ,etc.and makes some suggestions as to how to trigger students' desire to learn better.
