摘要
正颌外科是矫正牙颌面畸形、恢复语言和咀嚼功能的一门新兴分支科学,本文报道了我院1973～1991年进行的正颌外科手术700余例,取得满意效果。文中叙述了各种正颌外科术式及其适应征,介绍了我们主要的正颌外科科研工作成果,对本课题的研究特点进行了讨论,指出我们的科研工作密切配合临床,其成果对临床实践其指导意义。
Orthognathic surgery is a new branch of oral maxillary surgery. Its main object is to correct thedento-maxillo-facial deformities and repair the jaw function. More than 700 orthognathic cases weretreated by our department in the period of 1973-1991 with satisfactory results reported. Our mainresearch The various operation procedures and their indications are presented in the paper. Thecharacteristic features of The research project was discussed. It indicates that our research work isrelated to clicinal work and serves as a guidances of the latter.
