摘要
效率市场假说要求所有相关信息都反映在股票价格上,这样才能保证资金的最优配置。而在我国的股票市场上,股票价格没有反映出所有相关的历史信息和公开信息,因此我国股票市场效率不高。为此,应从信息的产生、传播、接受等环节着手,使相关的信息尽可能反映在股票价格上,提高股票市场效率。
EMH(Efficient market hypothesis) mean that the stock price can explain all relative information, and so the market can achieve the optimization of capital distribution. But the stock price can't explain all historical and open information on Chinese stock market, which is short of efficiency.In order to improve the stock market efficiency,we should reform the produce, spread and acceptance of information .
