摘要
细胞的培育时间和生物学环境的不同种类对于软骨细胞的刚度(杨氏模数)的影响,用一种细胞凹入技术进行计算 在细胞培育时间达到4h之后,对于所有各种类型的外细胞间质(ECM)的包膜都能提高杨氏模量 在保温4h后(p<0.05),纤维结合素和II型胶原增加杨氏模量,但是在6h之后,这些性质有微小下降 当培育时间增加时。
Effects of culture time and the kind of biological environments on the stiffness (Young's Modulus) of chondrocyte were evaluated by cyto-indentation technique. All kinds of ECM coating improved Young's Moduli after 4 hours of culture time. Fibronectin and type II collagen increased Young's Moduli after 4 hours incubation (p<0.05) but after 6 hours these properties became a little lower. Vitronectin constantly increased Young's Moduli of chondrocytes as the culture time increased.
