In order to master precisely the meaning and content of political civilization, we should pay attention to the following principles from the point view of methodology: master the unity of static and dynamic comprehension of civilization, master the unity of politics in broad sense and politics in narrow sense, master the unity of the concept of political civilization and the principle of materialist view of history, master the unity of commonness and individuality of political civilization, and master the unity of absoluteness and relativity of classification of political civilization.
