高产SOD乳酸菌培养条件的研究

Studies on culture conditions of the SOD high-producing strain

本文从最适温度、初始pH、培养时间、培养基成份及培养方式等不同的方面对产SOD的乳酸菌发酵条件进行研究 找出最适发酵条件为:28～32℃,pH7.0,24h。

In this paper the factors that influence the SOD production are investigated. These factors are optimum culture temperature, initial pH, culture time, media components, and culture ways. The optimum conditions for producing SOD were obtained, i.e. temperature is 28℃～32℃,initial pH 7.0, culture time 24 hr., and with immobile culture.
