关于高等师范院校思想政治教育专业教育实习的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Teaching Practice Done by Students of Ideological-Political Education at Normal Colleges

高等师范院校思想政治教育专业的教育实习作为师范院校实践性教学的最主要形式,在师范教育教学体系中处于非常重要的地位。目前高等师范院校思想政治教育专业教育实习大概有大兵团式、自由分散式、游击式、委托式教育实习等形式。在具体的实习实践中,从教育实习的组织者、指导者到实习的主体都存在着诸多问题,要从根本上解决这些问题,应该遵循科学性与可行性、时间分散与集中、专业实习与辅助拓展、基地教育实习与自由分散教育实习、教育实习与社会实践相结合的原则,并建立思想政治教育专业教育实习的评估体系和检测标准。

As the most important form of practical teaching at normal colleges, teaching practice done by students of ideological-political education occupies an important position in normal education system. At present, teaching practice at these colleges takes the form of collective work, free individual way, guerrilla way and entrusted way etc. In the actual teaching practice, many problems appear from organizer to students themselves. To solve these problems thoroughly, the following principles should be observed: science and feasibility, time decentralization and concentration, professional practice and supplementary broadening, base and free decentralized teaching practice, combination of teaching practice and social practice, establishment of evaluation system and test criterion.
