省级文学期刊当前存在的问题主要是期刊体制问题、办刊理念问题和缺乏个性化特色问题。省级文学期刊要摆脱目前的困境,就得利用目前自己的优势,在体制上激活,在办刊理念上转换角色,同时,为了使刊物具有生命力而突出个性化特色。

The main problems of the provincial-level literature magazines at present are the magazine management and running systems, the idea of running magazines and the lack of unique characteristics. To help themselves out of the current predicament, the provincial-level literature magazines must make best use of their strengths, activate their running systems, redefine their roles in terms of the idea of running pictorials and highlight their own characteristics to make their magazines more popular among readers.
