摘要
采用差热分析、结合水、化学减缩等分析方法,研究了七铝酸十二钙(C12A7)和石膏对硅酸二钙(C2S)水化的影响。结果表明:加入C12A7及石膏,3d以后硅酸二钙(C2S)的水化速度及强度都比单矿物的高得多。C12A7促进C2S的水化,其原因是C12A7水解析出的Al(OH)4-与C2S水解析出的Ca2+反应生成C3AH6。当有石膏存在时,生成钙钒石,从而加快C2S的水化。
Effects of C_(12)A_(7) and gypsum on the hydration of C_2S were studied by various analysis methods such as differential thermogravimetric analysis, bond water, and chemical shrinkage analysis. The results show that the hydration rate and compressive strength of C_2S are higher than those of single mineral as presence of C_(12)A_(7) or C_(12)A_(7) and gypsum. It is also indicated C_(12)A_(7) can accelerate the hydration of C_2S because chemical reaction quickens the hydration of C_2S.
