摘要
通过间歇釜考察了TS-1循环使用时的反应性能;采用FT-IR、UV-Vis和XRF等手段对循环使用后的TS-1进行了表征,并以丙烯环氧化反应为探针考察了其催化性能.结果表明:在丙烯环氧化反应过程中,以甲醇为溶剂时,随着TS-1循环次数的增加,催化活性没有变化,但环氧丙烷选择性却随着使用次数的增加而下降;而以水为溶剂时,催化活性和环氧丙烷选择性随循环次数增加均变化不大.
The catalytic performance of TS-1 used circularly was investigated in propylene epoxidation reaction. And then the catalyst was characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis and XRF. The results show that the catalytic activity does not vary obviously during the reaction. Selectivity of propylene oxide decreases with the time increasing when using methanol as solvent. However, when using water as solvent, selectivity of PO can hardly vary.
