摘要
以常用的PC12细胞株为实验模型,分析了菟丝子提取物作用后PC12细胞突触延伸情况;同时结合免疫细胞化学和Westernblot方法考察了其对神经细胞突触可塑性信号分子GAP-43表达的影响.研究结果表明,以黄酮甙为主要成分的菟丝子提取物不仅能诱导PC12细胞分化、突触延伸,而且还能促进GAP-43的表达.
To explore the effect of C. chinensis on rat pheochromocytoma PC12 cells, the neurite outgrowth in PC12 cells was analyzed. The expression of the growth associated protein 43 (GAP-43), an intrinsic determinant of neuronal development and plasticity, was also researched with immunocytochemistry and Western blot. The results show that C. chinensis extract can not only increase the proportion of neurite-bearing cells in PC12 cells, but also promote the expression of GAP-43.
