超常量扩张促进皮肤软组织扩张器内利多卡因的渗透作用

Effect of over-volume expansion on the permeability of skin expander to Lidocaine

目的探讨超常量扩张对皮肤软组织扩张器内利多卡因的渗透作用。方法实验分为常量扩张组和超常量扩张组,注入2%的盐酸利多卡因后将扩张囊置入生理盐水中,分别于2、8、24h取样,用高效液相色谱仪测定囊外的药物浓度。结果扩张器对利多卡因有渗透作用,超常量扩张组各个时间点渗透到扩张囊外的利多卡因浓度大于常量组。结论超常量扩张可增加利多卡因的渗透性,在患者注水过程中可减轻疼痛。

Objective To explore the effect of over-volume expansion on the permeability of skin expander to lidocaine. Methods The expanders were divided into two groups, the normal expansion and the over-volume expansion. Each expander was filled with 2% lidocaine, then immersed into the normal saline and sealed totally, later collected the samples at 2,8,14hour respectively and measured the lidocaine concentration with High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC). Results The skin expanders were permeable to lidocaine, and the concentration of outside the expander of over-volume expansion was higher than the that of the normal expansion .Conclusion Over-volme expansion could enhance the permeability of lidocaine and lidocaine could relieve pain during the injection.
